West End Grand Bahamas

We crossed in The Other Half, launching from Lake Park Marina in Lake Park Florida. There were 5 boat total. Seas were 2-3 feet with 8 second intervals. Made for a decent crossing. Customs took an unusually long time to clear. We had to fill out forms even though we had used the on-line Click To Clear system. Once complete, we were able to go visit the pool and get some lunch. The food was awesome. We enjoyed a nice boat ride on the It's About To Get Reel on Saturday morning. We went to a small Sandbar island and took some photos. Our departure and subsequent crossing was the same as before but the CBP Roam app for clearing customs took longer than expected and we were stopped by border patrol. Super nice guys and had us back on our way in under 5 minutes. The app cleared us shortly after trailering the boat for the ride home.Läs mer
