Around the lakes there are wide flat areas where they grow rice 🍚. I did not know until now that you need to soak the rice for 24h so the rice grains sprouts 🌱, before you plant it. They do three harvests per year, so you can see empty fields as well as light green with short rice plants as well as dark green fields with long rice plants 🌾.
