when in june 2017 bergens 65-year-old record for rain was broken, state meteorologist steinar skare was asked if he was surprised. his answer: "i think we all know where we live." however, reducing bergen to its weather would be unfair if it also affects everyday life. a side effect: the density of cozy cafés and pubs is as high and the art and music scene as good as it is only in a city in which its residents have to spend a lot of time indoors. bergen has the cultural scene of a metropolis of millions - diverse, colorful and surprising. so you can find a lot of street art - sometimes also in wonderful weather 😉.Læs mere
