today i strolled palermo - for the third time. in short: it hasn't changed a lot since i have been here for the first time 20 years ago but it's less dirty.... my main interest lies in the markets but since it's the last day on the island buying food does not make a lot of sense. so it's a chilly day: strolling the markets, drinking coffee, eating antipasti, primi piatti, secondi piatti, dolci... watching the Italian boys swagger along the street with their mirrored sunglasses and the girls doing the same but lifting up their head a bit too high hoping nowbody will see their glimpses to the left and right. and now lying at the lido, enjoying the siesta. siesta, what a great invention...Читать далее
