Yoga, Spain

almost every day i take the time to do yoga 🧘. i love yoga for over 10 year now but i never incorporated it as continuously as now. so i brought my sheepskin yoga mat and my non-slip mat. depending on the wind 🌬️and weather 🌞 i switch between beach, balcony and upper sleeping room. i hope i can keep this habit when i go back home - it's only one hour but it makes me feel soooooooo good ❤️.Weiterlesen
