The postcard is ready

The postcard 📯is ready and the subtenants 🏡 have been found, the rent and the deposit have already been transferred.

This weekend I will once again enjoy the northern German autumn sun 🍁🌞 in the hanging chair and help Rainer trim the hedge. Luckily, next week only has three working days, so I have Thursday and Friday to do all the preparations.

The apartment has to be made ready for subletting and the balcony has to be made winter-proof 🌺🌿🪴. Of course I still have to pack, which is a bit more work with my home office stuff 💻⌨️🐭🖥️. But it's already become routine.

Next Saturday I will be off to the island 🏝️ and I'm really looking forward to a month of swimming 🏊🏼‍♀️ in the sea 🌊 twice a day and working with a view of the waves and the sunset 🌅 .Read more
