After seven hours I finally arrived here, what an odyssey! ⛴️

Of course the train was delayed and I missed my regional train. The next one wasn't due for another hour and that was one that would have taken 60 minutes, not 20 😳.

So I ordered an Uber. But I had never used Uber before and therefore didn't have an Uber account. Then I clicked on credit card payment and it seemed alright.

Unfortunately it wasn't accepted, but I didn't notice that until I was already in the Uber. The driver told me that I had to pay in cash but I only had 15 euros 🤪.

He was kind enough to drive past an ATM because here I am sitting in the middle of nowhere. Wilderness adventure 🐘.

Now I've arrived safely, I've put my feet up and am listening to music. Of course I took my speaker with me. So I'm fine and the room is very cozy in the middle of nowhere ♥️.Read more

The surroundings here are very nice. This morning I walked down the hill to the supermarket, which takes about 15 minutes. Afterwards I had a delicious organic breakfast in the Johanneshof café.

This is my room and the visualization course will start soon, I'm excited and looking forward to it.Read more

Dimension layers & Muppets

Today it was about dimension layers and Muppets.

Dimension layers are about telling a story from front to back. The objects in front are shown thicker and more colorful, the further back they are, the thinner and lighter they are.

Muppets are a way of depicting people. The idea is to create a resemblance using the most minimal means possible.

I had a lot of fun and I think my results are impressive.Read more

Pimp my hero

Today it was about pimping the hero by developing recognizable characters based on the stylized emoticon figures.

That was a kind of enlightenment for me. 🧘

Then there were a few tips and ticks to finally find, design and execute a picture story under time pressure.
