Srpenica

After a lengthy but enjoyable time walking along the river, I decided to call it a day at Srpenica. Not long after the bus was delayed (it is the Balkans after all), I quickly found a ride into Bovec thanks to hitchhiking with lovely Parisian couple Bertrand and Roxanne.

Whilst it's sad I missed out on a couple of attractions from what would've been the rest of the walk, it's probably important that I treat this as a holiday and not a mission like the coast path. Trekking another 10 km or so in the current conditions wouldn't have been much fun. Devouring 9 ice lollies in a Bovec park, however....Okumaya devam et
