Artist Nikos (Ikaris) Aivaliotis

Today I explored my great uncle's artwork that can be found around Ikaria (and other areas around the globe). He was a modernist sculptor that was very prolific during the 70s and 80s. The sculpture of Icarus falling to the earth has become a modern symbol for the island.Weiterlesen
