A quick swing by Cameron Park.

The first thing you notice is that the road is as wide as a freeway in this residential neighborhood.

Then you see the garages are enormous.

Finally you see that many of the homes have an airplane parked outside, along with their car.

The people here can fly home to the runway beside their neighborhood and then taxi there plane back to their house.

I've got at least two hours to wait, maybe longer, but this is the location I was hoping for and the skies are clear.

This is what I'm going to start with..

I'm going to use my 35 mm lens. I'm going to open up my aperture, I'll start at f/2.0. I'll probably start the shutter speed as slow as 20 seconds and keep the ISO high. So using my tripod. Anyway, that seems to make sense. Let's see how it works out.Read more

TravelerYep, we're already comparing cameras settings. I'm worried though, everybody seems to be following my lead.

TravelerNice, I felt for the first time that I would love to share settings and learn something from photographers around. But the camera owner in our team doesn't use manual. But I'm curious how different people with the same set of settings see the same things.

TravelerI was surprised, Lena. Some different results across cameras. There are so many variables. Most people don't have the same cameras or the same lens. The same basic settings have the same effect, but final adjustments need to be tweaked depending on the hardware being used.
