In the evening, we visited Ciğerci Aziz Usta, a very popular restaurant in Eskişehir. I tried traditional Turkish liver dishes there. The atmosphere was lively and truly local. The smell of the grill filled the air and made everyone hungry. The food was fresh, flavorful, and incredibly delicious. It was an authentic culinary experience.
