Within this part of my trip I made sure of my guardian angels 😇

With 80-90kmh and heavy rain on the motorway to Tehran, a truck in front of me suddenly starts to turn around itself without its own doing.

I reacted reasonably well and neither braked nor tried to swerve hastily. But the next moment, my motorbike also goes out from under me.

I slid across the roadway for an estimated 20-40 metres. The motorbike ended up more than 50 metres away on the edge of the road.

Two other cars also crashed into the crash barrier 50 metres away. Fortunately, all the cars behind me came to a stop in time.

At the end: My bike is in one piece, I am in one piece too. I didn't notice the fall afterwards, thanks to my protective clothing 🙏Meer informatie
