Mark cooked a curry 🍛 for us all last night, so today it was my turn! I did a selection of Jordanian dishes, including hummus, galaya, fattoush, tabbouleh, manaqish, kofta, chicken skewers, and falafel. It seemed to go down well with everyone!Read more
