Chapel on the Hill

From the museum, we went to Chapel on the Hill for lunch and to listen to some live music. This café and music venue has been on our radar since we first came to Whitby, but we haven't had the opportunity to visit before now. It is located in a disused church. Some of the original features, like the stained glass windows, remain and the acoustics are great for live music. The food is all home-made and extremely good. Today's band were called Forever Young. They played the music of Bob Dylan. It was a very pleasant way to spend a couple of hours.Read more
