Juices and chocolate

We then went to a juice bar where we sampled different fresh juices and delicious chicken and rice empanadas. This was quickly followed by a visit to a chocolate maker located in a colonial-style building on Bolivar Plaza. Here, we tasted several different types of artisan chocolate, everything from 100% cocoa, to 70% flavoured with orange peel, to their 'British' chocolate - a 65% cocoa solids chocolate flavoured with fresh mint.
