The best ceviche ever!

Our next food stop was for ceviche, a local speciality.  It was delicious!!  And only 6 soles (about £1.20) for a bowl.  It was washed down with a free glass of chicha morado, a traditional Peruvian beverage made from purple corn cobs, chopped pineapple, cinnamon, and sugar to taste.  It was the perfect accompaniment.Read more
