    We were both awake long before we needed to be, having only had four or five hours sleep.  I went for a shower and Mark went to start preparing French toast and watermelon for breakfast.  

    After we'd eaten, we all got on the truck to be driven to the Ibera National Park office to buy our passes.  Unlike other very expensive national parks in Argentina, this one only costs US$20 for a five-day pass.  

    We drove back across the rickety wooden bridge we had crossed in the dark last night.  The views over the water were beautiful - we even saw a massive caiman!

    Having got our wristbands, some members of the group decided to walk back to camp.  We joined those who were going back on the truck.
