The pics are from Paynes Prairie. When I was in college.. It was actually a prairie. A few hurricanes ago, it became a huge lake replete with a zillion alligators. The water has been slowly receding over the last couple of years... Pretty interesting to watch it change over time as I drive through here on my trips to the PNW.Read more
