Camarones, Colombia

On my way up La Guajira a small beach village home to mostly Wayuu indigenous sits next to a large nature reserve. With one rainy night in which the rain puddled up under my tent like a water bed ( but didn't leak through!), the next early morning was a canoe ride put into a large lagoon to see large groups of Flamingos feasting on shrimp hence the name of the town "Camarones".Leggi altro
