Bucaramanga, Colombia

The heart of Santander in Colombia Bucaramanga, while hot was still a relief to that of Mompox humid days. I was lucky enough to get introduced to a great Couchsurfer and also a group of musicn a friends.

I spent the days walking around and enjoying the various parks. I went to get some of my rolls of film developed as I had in the past only this time the person completely screwed them up which I was not happy about.

I did however make it to a concert and a jam and got to play harmonica with a band on my last night which definitely made it a highlight. While not a huge tourist destination I think Bucaramanga could grow on you.Read more
