Other Orlando H3 #2035

It was another 100 mile drive just to hash (and 100 miles back), back up in Orlando. It was posted with low expectations, listing it as Shiggy 0.69 . . . and there was a lot of sidewalk and pavement, but it turned out to be a pretty good trail. Almost 30 hashers took to the streets, and there were some good grassy stretches taking advantage of powerlines and gaps between housing areas. Somehow the pack kept getting confused, and kicked out trail in the wrong direction . . . and I have to admit, even I went down a false that I thought was true but turned out otherwise. The finish of this A to B trail was on a small lake behind a Walmart, were Buttery Nipples were served up to the pack on this sunny warm day (that got rather chilly as the sun dipped in the sky . . . as the circle dragged on forever). The O2H3 normally has good long trails, but they also have good circles, until they turn into long circles . . . and I had to just walk away from this one. :)Read more
