Hamersley H3 #2286

I knew it had been a while since the last time I ran with the old boys of Hamersley, but was surprised to see it had been 17 years. Way back in 2005 on a previous visit to Perth, I had snagged a run. Not much has changed, it is definitely a mates hash, just the guys. We had about 40 in the pack, and about 15 FRBs up the front during the run. It was a cool evening, but the 8 km trail was good and a fun time.

Circle was hilarious, as they traded barbs over the most mundane of things. This hash has some seriously long time members, and you can tell who they are. I saw the presentation of a 35 YEAR hat, and looking around the circle, there were several red and blue hats, emblazoned with everything from 20 to 40 year members, in 5 year increments. It was good to run with them again, a fun evening.Meer informatie
