    It was just another S H I . . . T T Y . . . you know the deal. It was my turn in the barrel, and off I went. Trail zigged and zagged its way around Raymond James Stadium, behind the Yankee’s training camp facility, out past the juvenile detention facility, past a strip club, over through Al Lopez Park, commercial office complex, and back into the parking lot adjacent to Panera Bread for a 4 mile runners jaunt (the runner trail would have been a bit longer, but the security golf cart started chasing me through the office complex, so I just beat feet and headed for the street). The walker’s had a nice cutoff to make it in in 3 miles, beating the runners for sure. We had a surprisingly bigger pack than expected, as there were at least 15 on trail, and 11 of them went on to dinner after the poetically succinct circle by KISS. We had to say goodbye to the YINZers from Pittsburgh (but they are sticking round for the RDR out in St Pete on Friday. All in all, a decent evening of trail, but no jail. Good times.Read more
