Hash Cruise – Willemstad, Curacao

Our final excursion ashore on this 9 day hash cruise. After wandering around the city in the morning, we gathered up for a trail hared by Keeps It Up and Wild Bush. This was a scurry through the streets of the port city of Scharloo. It was another short but fun jaunt, and an A to B run . . . as in A to BOAT, with the end and circle back on board.

Trail started by running through the old fort, then out over the floating bridge (more on that later). Dodging tourists, the pack found arrows in many small alleyways as we darted back and forth. Coming to the SCB / FRB split, the walkers went left and the runners went right for an extra half mile around the lake, crossing a few more bridges before getting back to the floating bridge . . . which just happened to close for a bit as a boat needed to exit the inlet, and stranding most of the pack.
