My first hash trail in Jersey, and it was a great one. The start was out on the west coast, across the street from the beach. Trail went up over the hill and towards town, taking in several small dirt and grass pathways, before looping around the southwest corner of the island and back up to the carpark.

I was offered a beer, and the hash provided sandwiches which were super tasty. Circle consisted of one mass down down for 4, including the hare, the visitor, and two others for various concerns. After a few announcements, circle was closed . . . but then it was realized a birthday was missed, so reconvening circle, we had one more down down.

I asked several questions during the hash, and was presented with a book on the history of hashing on Jersey . . . so that will spruce up my article, as well as my book.Read more
