Bangkok Thursday H3 #463

Another beautiful night for a hash in Bangkok. The weather has decidedly cooled to moderate levels, and was only 31 C tonight. We gathered south-west of Lumphini Park, and trail would eventually pass through about half way in . . . where scores of people were enjoying the evening with various sporting events including jogging, jazzercise, yoga, et al.

This 8 km trail had many points of dispersion, and the pack often had to spread out and find the way forward . . . causing some of us to run over 10 kms to ensure the pack could move on. It was a most excellent night on the hash, and everyone seemed to enjoy it. We followed trail up with a short circle of the usual accusations, and then a spot of Thai dinner before moving on home for a good night’s rest. While this past week has not been the most consecutive hash trails I have run, it has been 9 straight days of fun . . . especially the 7 days in Hong Kong, where every trail had several hundred meters of elevating inspiration. Anyway, I will enjoy a fine Friday with nothing more than a trip to the laundromat to clean up hash attire and make ready for the next set of trails. On On.Læs mere
