Machu Picchu

Alright, Alright, Alright . . . here it is, in all its glory. I took over 100 pics, but narrowed it all down to the best few. We hired a tour guide, and he was good, but if I had it to do over again (I did my research ahead of time and knew most of what he told us), I would skip the guide and just wander on my own. Half way through the tour, I ended up wandering off on my own and taking pictures anyway. Other lessons learned, although you buy a ticket to get in, it does not mean you can see all you want to see . . . there are several routes to take, and each one costs money. The routes are ONE-WAY, so if you don't see what you want the first time by, you are out of luck. Overall, great to finally cross this off my bucket list, but would make a few other options for more enjoyment.
