• SHOT #38 - Main Event

    After the activities held down in Sanur last night, we migrated up to Ubud this morning for the main event. Traffic has become totally bumper to bumper now, and it took almost 2 hours to make the 25 km trip. Once we were all checked into our hotels, we gathered up and boarded the busses to the run site.

    Again, it was tough traffic to the start, but worth it. Ubud is probably my favorite place on earth to hash. But the weather did not cooperate today, as 30 min before go time, it started to pour, and not only did everything get slippery, it also washed away a few of the marks.

    But that is hashing, take the good with the bad. Far to many times I have gone out for an 8 km trail, and come back after 20 kms. Today was not quite that much, but there were some challenges.
