Bangkok Harriettes #2244

Bringing all the hashing to the end of 2025, I offered to assist Virginia Slim to set one more trail for the Harriettes. If you know Slim, the chances of some small F-up is not off the radar. We did have a good afternoon setting trail, but one back check caused much grief for the pack.

Coming in to the start/finish location, we were surprised at the number of hashers who had turned up for this end of year adventure. We had over 25 bright eyed and bushy tailed hashers standing tall to take on this 6 km trail. At the appointed time (1715), the pack was off in haste. In celebration, we skirted ahead of the pack, to set up a "bubbly" check with a few bottles of the good stuff, augmented with a few beers since the walkers ended up drinking most of it. 🙂

As mentioned, the one back check was solved by most of the pack, but a few did not have such luck, but even those that did, ended up missing the second half of trail in the dark. Anyway, we all ended up at the finish eventually and a rousing end of year circle ensued. After that, dinner was graciously funded by Slim, and all was well in the world.
