Bangkok Monday H3 #2222

Another milestone hash event here in Bangkok. Three hash clubs here in the city have now achieved 2222 hash trails. The Senator set a rain soaked trail for us, and even provided a commemorative t-shirt for the event.

From the start, we zigged and zagged to the main road, crossed over a walking bridge, and then the marks went dead for a bit. Some of us went down a road that apparently had old paper on it, but all turned back except me. I went another 250 to 300 meter and found a check. From there, I was out in front for most of the trail. Breaking the checks allowed the pack to eventually catch up, and all the FRBs rolled in together. At my advanced age, it was fun being out in front for a change and breaking all the checks on my own. Might never happen again, so a good day on the hash.

Circle was the usual stuff, lots of laughs (and down downs). We then recessed for a great Thai dinner. Good time on the hash.Read more
