Rainy rest day

Wednesday was the rainiest day this week and with busy plans for the rest of the week we took a rest day. Walked around Esher with a few charity shops, then bussed to Kingston around the suburbs to ODEON cinema to watch Oppenheimer. The popcorn was salty or sweet, no butter. We mixed both, the kernels were strangely small, maybe from the mixing? (It’s a Walpole gene to take movie popcorn seriously). We switched out our paper cash for new notes at the bank and then tried a Gregg’s meal deal for lunch - pretty good. A sandwich and an Orange Capri-Sun (another of the snacks food&drink to try off my list) which was good, sugary as all hell.
