A Bounty Without Watering...

Following Jessie's late grandfather Bear's techniques, Jessie, her son Troy and her parents grow a bounty of fruits and veggies without any irrigation (or rain since California's drought continues). The secret is a garden at the same elevation as the river and farming techniques that encourage plant roots to grow down to the water table while ensuring that soil moisture is not lost to the atmosphere.
