A Familiar Face in Stanford!

We had tried to connect with Alex Mischler, who flew into SF on Saturday and was planing to head north to meet up with our fellow Yukon bike tourers Nelly, Jerome and Josephine, but failed the day we left SF due to a lack of time. What a great surprise to get a text from him on Sunday asking if we were near Palo Alto, when indeed we were only a few kms away. We met up at his friend Kim's place and she gave us a tour of Stanford, where she is doing her PhD. We felt smarter just cycling through the stunning campus :PBaca lagi
