Couldn't get inside as it seems nothing happens in Iceland much before 12.

UrchinJoeGood decision. It's one of the most historic sites in Iceland although there's not much to see beyond the rock. The absolute highlight of Iceland for me was Geysir and Gullfoss (less so Thingvellir) and Snorri's hot tub. Also I'm using this same app for Nepal.
