Edison and Ford winter estates

First stop today was Thomas Edison and Henry Ford's winter estates.

It was all about how they became friends and helped each other with inventions. Americans love when things are 'original' (only like 100 years old) and lots of it was about the houses. I even flipped an original Edison light switch.

It was interesting and we could have spent more time there in the museum, but we had to leave.

Side Note: Fort Myers water tasted and smelt almost fishy, like the seaweed smell. Meant we didn't drink much in the restaurants. Czytaj więcej
