The Falls of Bruar are a series of cascading waterfalls on the Bruar, located about 8 miles northwest of Pitlochry. Robert Burns: The poet visited in 1787 and wrote "The Humble Petition of Bruar Water", asking the 4th Duke of Atholl to plant trees in the barren landscape.
