TravelerI really liked being away from the pre-Christmas and Christmas madness. I am so, so, so with you on the commercialisation of Christmas. I could get used to being in my t-shirt, with the Garoo-BBQ, and the no-present option. the kids later admitted it is nice to receive stuff, but that actually they would prefer to receive money to spend on 'experiences' and 'fun day out' as a family in the future, instead of stuff... a very, very positive turn of events.
