    Spent the afternoon in Cognac to visit the Remy Martin Maison. The city has a young, hip and chic feeling. Although I didn't think that I was a fan of Cognac, I went to learn and taste for myself. Visited the perfectly kept grounds, cellars and distillery. There were three tastings all paired with a lovely little bites of goat cheese, duck pate and chocolate cake.Read more
