The night was pretty okay I slept from 8:00 until 1:00 in the morning and then I went out for a pee and went back to the bed and slept to quarter to 5:00. My swim was at 2900 M and it was a headwind and it was against the current but the water was crystal clear it was a real joy to swim anyway.

I was on lack of water so i took a walk and met a lovely old lady, she filed my bottle and made my day.
I went to bed at eight, but at 9:30 p.m. the prayer call started screaming so I woke up for half an hour. But then I slept wonderfully and the first night without freezing I woke up at 6:30.Läs mer
