A Friday Stroll Sightseeing

Pictures aren’t necessarily in order. Today was a day to check off a few of those “must see” sites in Roma. The Spanish Steps. The azalea’s are only there from mid April till mid May; they sure add another dimension to this sight. Then on to the Trevi Fountain. Yikes was it packed with tourist! Then to Piazza Venezia and Vittoriano that commands the piazza. I went up to the higher level to take some of these pictures. I have booked a tour to go to the rooftop and a guided tour of the museum. Quite views even from this level. Lastly after class went for a quick aperitivo in piazza Navona and stop into this church where a well known violinist was to play but wasn’t sure if was going to make it as it was 30 min. past the time on a sign.
