Originally a pure sculpture, its slender shape was meant to symbolize a scroll/book or an obelisk. Later, artificial climbing holds (the protruding colored dots and recesses seen in the photo) were specifically added to the tower, transforming it into an outdoor public climbing facility that is highly popular among extreme sports enthusiasts.
This country is small but with beautiful scenery everywhere.
