They shipped the vehicles from Hamburg to Halifax, drove all the way here. They plan to dip feet into Arctic Ocean, then drive down to Ushuaia! One vehicle is having mechanical problem needs to be fixed, option is going back to Dawson City.

Many birds have traveled great distances from southern wintering areas to spend the summer here, with some arriving as early as mid-May just as the ice is melting from the lake. The lake got its name for frequent moose appears, however we did not see any.
