Santa Maria di Leuca to Otranto

Another Oohh Ahhh, on "one of the most scenic roads in the world" as we made our way from the southern-most to the eastern-most part of Italy. We chose this itinerary in part for the coastal routes, and today was another beauty. There are many grottos (natural caves) with swimming holes in the aqua water -- so pretty. We rode adjacent to the water for much of the ride, and finished our 40-miles in the beautiful city of Otranto.Read more
