Red, Yellow, Purple...our timing is sure good for seeing them!Welcome to Colmenar1The Honey Museum. We learned a lot and tasted 8 styles of honey, light to dark -- just like beer! 😉Another beautiful day for our ride and climb up to Torcal de Antequera1The Torcal de Antequera is a unique natural landscape, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCOMountain goats in the background 😉The park ranger who roused the mountain goats from slumber so I could see them better 😊.Very majestic atop this rockThe Torcal de Antequera is a unique natural landscape, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCOMountain goat at The Torcal de AntequeraTom with a mountain goat WAY up in the background 😉.Descending into Antequera -- beautiful!Entering AntequeraAntequera Bullring (dates back to 1848)Lunch - Sea Bass for me and a T-Bone steak for Tom. 19. maj, Spanien ⋅ ☀️ 64 °F

A taste of the Wild West -- but very scenic and pleasant. Rocky outcrops, small agricultural holdings, wildflowers, and big landscape. A number of spaghetti westerns were filmed not far from here.
We also enjoyed a big climb to El Torcal, a Natural park with strange and beautiful wind-sculptured limestone formations. Thank God for e-bikes, as we climbed >4,000' that day!Læs mere
