Geoff and Maureen

Today was really about meeting Geoff and Maureen. We arranged to meet at the Trentham Gardens Centre at the nursery (plant). It is a big place and we were at the wrong spot. Janette headed off and found them.
Had a couple of cups of tea and then had a lovely lunch.
Some of Geoff's characteristics reminded Janette of my dad, his uncle.
We headed back to our B&B and had time to look around the most amazing gardens.
Dinner last night was so nice we went to the Duncombe Arms again and it was just as good as last night. John had fish & chips & coconut semi freddo and I had lamb with fine gratin potato & lemon curd in white chocolate.Read more
