The drive to Padstow.

Padstow is our main destination today with our booking for lunch at the swish "The Seafood Restaurant" - Rick Stein's main restaurant.
On our way from Ludgvan via s/w coast we saw lovely coastlines with unprotected cliffs, small harbour communities and beach resorts. One surprising thing was the number of surfers in the water at Newquay.
We had a double shot latte in the sunshine at Mawgan Porth and arrived in Padstow around 11.15am.
We loved this seaside town. It is touristy but classy and we could have bought heaps. We did buy a rather expensive blue bead necklace and a print of Padstow.Read more
