Pantheon means “common to all gods”. The building we see today is the 3rd iteration of the Pantheon.
The initial Pantheon was built by Marcus Agrippa between 27 BC - AD 14, which burnt down. The rebuilt temple also burned down. The current temple was built by the emperor Hadrian in AD 126.
