Blue Nose Ceremony: "Crossing the Arctic Circle."

Throughout history, sailors have taken part in the Blue Nose Ceremony in order to celebrate their passage into the Arctic Circle, keep morale high during the long cold months at sea and to honor King Neptune, asking for safe passage, fair winds and following seas.
