13. 4. Krabi Island Tour

This morning we were collected by the tour operator and we're cruising on a longboat by 9am. We first went to Railway beach just along the coast from our hotel and around to the famous Phra Nang beach which has a lovely cave and huge rocks jetting out of the water. The cliffs almost look like stalactite hanging down. We had 30 minutes here which wasn't really enough but it was heaving with tourists. The next spot was a snorkling spot by Chicken Rock, here we saw some good fish and a sea snake! Try and spot it on the photos, they are one of the world's most poisonous snakes. They are tiny and that's why many people don't notice them and when trod on they bite. We swam away when he looked as if he was coming towards us... Ahhh😳😳🐍.
We then headed to Tub island for 45 mins this was lovely and felt very tropical! After a swim we then headed to our final stop, Koh Poda which had lovely silky sand and beautiful waters. Included with our tour was a buffet lunch and it was lovely, they had all sorts of curry's and chicken, we had a fat plate of food and then enjoyed a rest in the sun watching the sea. It's been a truly great day, this area is so beautiful. We are heading back to the Indian we went to last night as the food was literally amazing, probably one of the best indians we have ever had in fact! Yum yum, then packing before we head back to Phuket tomorrow for 2 nights before we fly home, as the hotel we have found is close to airport. It's also at the beach where Bridget Jones scenes were filmed after she mistakenly took magic mushrooms and the area she went on a boat ride with Daniel Cleaver (Hugh Grant) aswell. The hotel looks the nicest we have stayed in yet so we are hyped to finish on a touch of luxury, still only £23 per night 😂😂. We love how cheap Thailand is! 🇹🇭🇹🇭Baca lagi
