Lunch with a view (Kaiserschmarrn)!

For lunch we visited the highly reconvened cafe Ulta which was towards the end of the trail from Holzgau. The food was great and I don’t think I’ve ever had a meal with a better view before.

I had a traditional dish called ‘Kaiserschmarrn,’ which is like shredded pancakes but FAR better. They tasted more eggs and very sweet with raisins, lingonberry jam, and Apple sauce, topped with icing sugar… diabetes is knocking at my door.Read more
